Now that you have a good idea to develop and you are motivated to make it operational you need to have "all the right cards" in order to proceed with the implementation of your project.
In this chapter, we will discuss 3 important topics for the development of a project:
- Market analysis
- Fundings
First of all it is necessary to understand how the project can have an economic and/or social impact.
In this chapter we are going to treat a fundamental subject for the development of your business:
- the marketing
- the market and needs analysis
After having ascertained that the idea is feasible and achievable and after having determined and clarified what the impact it will have on the current market, we must tackle the issue of financing. There are several ways to finance your project.
Finally it is important to have clear laws and regulations in force. Each country has its own laws and regulations, so it is useful to get acquainted with it in order to do things properly and according to the law. This will allow you not to have too many hitches along your way.

A market analysis aims to acquire information in order to develop a marketing strategy or a strategy that allows to sell a product or a service to a specific public.
Through the reading of some texts and exercises you will learn to understand where your project is located (which domain? What environment?, ...) and how to introduce it (which strategy to implement? Which marketing to use?, ...).
It is also very important to be aware of the financing methods that can be used for the development of a business project:
● Know the different sources of financing
● Know how to identify the source of funding that best suits your start-up
● Knowing how to draw up a cost balance
● Understanding the importance of funding in the implementation of a project
Finally, you will need to consult the following documents and learn about the rules and laws in your country of action.
